Foot and Facial Reflexology

Reflexology is a form of therapeutic treatment that is applied to the feet and face. This ancient practice can treat your entire body, giving you a state of harmony and balance in body, spirit and mind.  Reflexology is based on reflex zones or maps that are in your feet and face. These zones correspond to all the parts of your body including your major organs. By applying pressure to these specific areas, we can affect change on these areas and in turn encourage your body’s own healing systems to be activated to maintain your well being.

Reiki

Reiki is about clearing the air!  Chakras hold and transport the information about your mental, spiritual, emotional and physical health.  Experiences in any of these systems create an energy shift, which has a ripple effect into the rest of our ‘self’. Reiki helps to clear the energy/cell memory that gets stored in our cells from these types of shifts.  Most clients report feeling more calm and clear headed after a reiki session, allowing them to feel more peace about their current situation.

Padabhyang (Indian Leg Massage)

Padabhyang involves the massage of the feet. Feet are very important part in our body, as many nerves from many organs terminate in the feet. So massage helps to strengthen these nerves and restores health to many parts of the body. The marma (vital) points are massaged which gives balance to your dosha and is very helpful for people with insomnia, fatigue and cramps.   Foot massage is called "Padabhyanga", and it has a very special place within the Ayurvedic tradition.  It is helpful in the treatment of illness, and significantly prominent in the area of preventative medicine.
